"Co-Ownership" is when two parties share legal ownership of the dog - this is very common with high quality bloodlines. 

It is an agreement where the we have Breeding Rights, while YOU raise the puppy as your pet.

- Pups are raised as a family compainiion.

-Spay/Neuter contract (must be fixed by a certain age).

-No Breeding Rights.

Pet Home means the puppy is meant to be someone's beloved pet, NOT part of breeding.

Puppy will be sold with FULL REGISTRATION (Papers).

The new owner has the right to breed and register its offspring with the Kennel Club (AKC/UKC, etc..)
